Azam Alizadeh, while thanking the speed of action and cooperation of the Managing Director of Tehran Province Supervisors and colleagues of Customer Affairs and Social Marketing Management with car management, as well as the support of Sadr Asayesh Assessment Company regarding the mission of Kosar Insurance, said: But the experience of these few years showed us weaknesses and we saw that in some issues, things do not go as expected and desired by the customer. Therefore, we decided to improve the work process so that finally the steps of inspection and expertise, formation, registration and evaluation of car damage cases can be done more quickly and easily.

Emphasizing that Kosar Insurance always monitors the performance of damage assessors, he noted: Kosar Insurance by using specialized staff and specialized software while recording all contact information of customers who have suffered damage in all parts of the country and distribution management Work between damage units and damage assessors continuously monitors their performance and evaluates the quality of work at various stages using up-to-date tools and obtaining feedback from customers. Therefore, the slightest customer dissatisfaction and problems in the work will be identified quickly and an appropriate decision will be made to resolve it.

The General Manager of Kowsar Insurance Property Insurance added: “In the first stage, the implementation of mobile damages in the big city of Tehran will be key,” he added: Mobile will be on the agenda in other provinces.
