He added: According to the budget bill and in paragraph “K” of the Statistics and Information Technology Center of the Judiciary, the country’s document and real estate registration organization, the police command of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Ministry of Interior, the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, insurance companies, automobile companies and others. Executive bodies with information about motor vehicles are obliged to, in cooperation with the Presidential Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, have the possibility to inquire online about motor vehicle information and records, such as ownership information, legal actions performed on the vehicle, accident history and technical examination. And also provide the information and records of individuals such as authentication and eligibility of clients through the National Information Exchange Center subject to Article 7 of the National Data and Information Management Law and subject to the consent of the parties to the transaction, respecting the confidentiality and privacy of individuals for private sector platforms.
The spokesman of the 90th principle commission of the parliament said: if this section of the people’s law is implemented when buying and selling a car and before completing the transfer process, through the systems that predict the state of health, damages to the car, details of accidents, insurance history and other The conditions of the car are informed and many abuses caused by people’s ignorance of the health status of second-hand cars are stopped.
Khazarian pointed out: In this meeting, it was decided that the central insurance company will report to the e-government interactivity working group in the next two months regarding the damaged areas of the car, the amount of damage received, the replacement of parts, etc. Also, the Ministry of Safety was obliged to provide the working group with the information related to the car warranty, repair records and whether the car has a warranty or its document is in mortgage or not.
