US-NATO moves against “Rolling Stream 2” echoed Russia’s voice

As tensions between the United States and the West escalate with Russia over issues such as Ukraine, Moscow has unveiled some measures against the Stream 2 rolling pipeline project, according to Fars News Agency’s International Group.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday that Western countries were trying to damage the Stream 2 gas pipeline project through provocative actions in the CIA.

According to the news agency Sputnik“All these activities are based on the strong allergies of the United States and NATO against this energy project, which is primarily beneficial for all of Europe and European countries,” Zakharova said.

According to him, the United States and the European Union have acknowledged that political pressure, gross bribery and extortion have not led to the results they want to halt the project, and have therefore taken a “different stance (against Nord Stream 2)”.

A spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry added: “NATO’s provocative activities in the Black Sea region show the true nature of their intentions.”

Zakharova made the remarks in response to the passage of the US destroyer Arley Burke from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean Sea. The destroyer took part in a joint exercise in Washington last week with NATO allies and US regional partners.

According to Sputnik, Russia has repeatedly warned about efforts to politicize the Stream 2 gas pipeline project.

According to the Russian media, the construction of the gas transmission project was completed in September and is currently in the process of being approved by German and European institutions.

Sputnik also reported in its report today that the French “Auvergne” submarine has recently entered the Black Sea and the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy is closely monitoring the actions of this French submarine.
