The United States’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations has said that Washington does not rule out the possibility of reaching an agreement on a comprehensive Joint Action Plan called the UN Security Council.

“About the Comprehensive Joint Action Plan,” Linda Greenfield said.

“But there is still a lot of work to be done,” he added. We have not reached an agreement so far and there is a possibility that we will not reach an agreement.

The US official also claimed: “If diplomacy fails, we will continue to work closely with others in the international community to increase pressure on Iran.”
