Khatibi stated: Good and timely attention should be paid to the human resources, because the satisfaction of the employees always increases the quality of the product and increases the productivity of the complex.

Shabani stated that the product portfolio of this company is diverse and according to the needs of Iran Khodro, he said: BCM and ICN electronic boards are produced in this company.
The CEO of Electric Khodro Sharq, emphasizing the presence of young and expert workers in this company, said: 2,200 people are working in four sub-category sites, including Research, Poya, Peyman, and Poish.
Shabani continued: In line with social responsibility, 100 deaf people have been hired, who work in this company with special love and prejudice.
