I am Soraya Safarzadeh. Graduated from the field of information technology engineering, chairman of the board of Chekauk Shahr company and co-founder of the start-up Ostadiyari. At the age of 3, I was diagnosed with polio. This made me start my studies at the age of 27. Due to my strong interest in learning, I finished middle school in one year. After finishing high school, I enrolled in the university entrance exam. I was accepted in the first year of psychology at Isfahan University, but I gave up on it due to the long distance and high cost. This made me think more seriously about earning money. Therefore, I enrolled in comprehensive IT courses and received 7 professional technical degrees. Hoping to enter the job market, but it didn’t happen.

My first field of work was clothing design 14 years ago. Then, in 2016, I received a bachelor’s degree in information technology engineering from Raad University of Science and Technology. At the same time, we partnered with our classmate and started operating an internet cafe in the field of computer services. In the same year, I met my current colleague, Mr. Alireza Makhmari. Because we had common goals and direction, we decided to establish a company in the field of content production and SEO.

  • I am Puran Dekht Godbakhsh. In 2016, I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Science and Culture, and I started working with Checkauk Shahr Company in May 2019, and currently I am working as an expert and teacher of content production, as well as the manager of a start-up assistant professor.
  • I am Alireza Mokhmari, CEO of Chekauk Shahr Company and co-founder of the start-up Ostadiyari, as well as an expert and teacher of SEO marketing and specialized website design. After obtaining an associate’s degree in computer science, I continued my studies in Internet business management.

Of course, it goes without saying that part of this capital has been used to support various people and businesses, and in this regard, we have provided facilities so far.

Of course, in many cases, the job seeker is introduced to companies as an intern after completing the relevant training course, in which case our group will not incur any costs. Because most companies provide the necessary equipment to these people.

The activity of our collection is not limited to Tehran province and all people across the country can use the site’s educational facilities.

The communication of the collection with professors, job seekers and companies is done through the marketing department. Of course, teachers are often interested in working with us because of the many advantages of the collection and structure of educational videos.

How does the assistant professor cooperate with the professors?

First, we explain to them the terms of our cooperation with the teachers, and then we sign a contract with them. According to the clauses of the contract, professors can receive a certain percentage of the sales of their educational videos. This percentage is calculated based on the rating form and several factors, including the level of education, resume and records of professors in the field of video content production. For example, if the professor’s score is 50 based on this system, he can receive 90% of the amount from the sale of each educational video. Another point is that if more than 100 copies of each educational video are sold, the entire amount from the sale will go to the teacher and the assistant professor will not receive a fee.

In addition to the above, all services related to SEO, advertising, marketing, website design, the possibility of holding various courses and workshops for associate professors are provided free of charge. All these advantages together have made professors and lecturers in various fields interested in working with us.

Does the startup have a competitor?

We have competitors in every department. For example, there are various sites in the field of providing educational videos, selling books or hiring job seekers, but none of them offer these facilities to their users at the same time. Therefore, we have no competitors in this field at the moment. Of course, there may be competitors in the future, but in my opinion, the ostadiayar platform is still several steps ahead of them. Because our experts perform all services related to development, SEO and marketing, but the income belongs to the professor.

Up to now, assistant professors have covered the training of several jobs; How many instructors and how many users do you have?

Due to the fact that the start-up Estadiyari officially started its activity in 1400, so far we cooperate with more than 300 lecturers and 10,000 job seekers, and more than 4,000 job categories are covered by us, which we expect by the end of this year. Figures increase.

Our training courses are available to job seekers according to the needs of companies. On the other hand, students can be employed as employees in the company after completing their training course, and in this field, commitments are taken from the companies before cooperation.

All educational topics are sent to the desired company for approval, so that if there are deficiencies, new items can be added to the previous topics before the start of the course. To what extent do you think university education is related to your courses and market needs?

Certainly, learning skills such as carving, carving, cooking, etc. does not require high education. These jobs are suitable for able-bodied people and those interested in working at home. But to participate in some training courses based on scientific skills such as artificial intelligence, you must first familiarize yourself with their specialized terms. Tell us a little about your experience in obtaining permits, what permits do you have?

One of the requirements for starting any new business is obtaining a license. We allow our covered startups to use our licenses. Provided that they first have the necessary standards. For example, a designer or programmer who does not have the ability to obtain a license, can use our licenses to carry out his projects, which requires that the project be done under the supervision of our group, that is, assistant professor.

In other words, if you receive a project and you need a permit to do it, we will provide you with these permits, provided that the project is approved by our experts after completion.
