Various judicial issues in the insurance industry were examined

In this meeting, which was attended by Baharifar, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Karimi, Secretary General and a number of members of the Iranian Insurers Syndicate and First Deputy Chairman. Judiciary was held to address various judicial issues in the insurance industry.

Also, the issue of implementing the provisions of the third party insurance law approved in 2016 and the problem of insurance companies in closing all their bank accounts by some courts to collect small amounts were other topics of this meeting.
