According to Fars News Agency, quoting the public relations of the Veterinary Organization, Amin Asadi said: “Since the beginning of this year, 7 people have been identified with Crimean Congo fever, but unfortunately 1 person has died.”

- Avoid crushing ticks by hand or on the body of the animal.
– Avoid contact of mucous membranes of the body (such as eyes and mouth) with secretions and blood of infected animals.
- Refraining from killing livestock in unauthorized places.
- Preparing the required meat from safe places and under veterinary supervision.
- Store fresh livestock meat completely for 24 hours in the oven at 2 to 4 degrees Celsius. (Refrigerator temperature)
- Personal protection methods in contact with animal secretions and blood (wearing gloves, long clothes, boots, masks and glasses).
- Avoid eating raw and semi-cooked liver.
