The range of tangerine activities

Currently, Trang has provided eight investment funds in a diverse range of types of funds, such as fixed income, equity, mixed and other funds, and it allows people to invest indirectly.

Saru and Anar funds are two equity funds, Ofran and Tareng are two fixed income funds, Zeitoun is a mixed fund and Raspberries are considered to be extra funds. Among the other funds of this group, we can mention Josorane Saro Fund, which is involved in high-risk economic activities, and Tak Fund, which is in the field of market management.

In the field of financing, Taranj Group is preparing five to six companies in the Iran Stock Exchange, especially in the steel and technology industries. Also, up to seven thousand billion tomans of debt, loan and Islamic bonds are ready to be issued in the market for the financing of companies.

Unveiling of new “Tak” services

It should be noted that the most important part of this meeting was related to the introduction of one of Taranj’s special services, which has already gained fame in the market and Taranj has arranged a special structure for it. This new service is the Vine market management fund, whose audience is mainly stock market publishers. Vine Fund serves issuers of stocks and bonds or ETFs and is therefore not well known to the general public.

Hamid Dihekhani, operations manager of the Vine Fund, explained the management of Tangerang Financial Group in the Vine Fund, stating: Dana Vine Market Management Fund started working in December 2019 with the management of two funds, Cypress and Maple. Gradually, this fund managed to take over the marketing of various companies. So that currently Tak has managed to market 15 companies, about half of which are over-the-counter companies.

Tak is also in charge of managing ETF funds. It should be mentioned that out of the eight funds whose market management is in the hands of Tak, five funds operate under the management of Tareng.

Dedekhani continued: In addition to all these, the Vine Fund has also undertaken the market management of debt securities and has succeeded in managing the market of Etemad Mobin Development Company. Also, for the first time, this fund has given trading authorization to stock and over-the-counter companies.

For example, the RM department has taken over the management of customer relations, which consists of a series of financial engineers who consider themselves financial advisors of companies.

Tak’s sales and development manager said: The next unit is the analysis team. A separate analysis team has been created for symbols that do market manipulation. Considering that this analysis team has an in-depth analysis of a company for the first time and constantly considers the reports of that company and updates its information through field reports and other methods, an accurate prediction of the situation of the company in question It has future years and in some cases it even provides advice to the company.

He reminded: One of the functions of the analytical team is free consultation. In addition, these analyzes are analyzed according to the marketing strategy. Safa said: The fifth team is the development and marketing strategy development team. Mostly, there is no specific strategy in different mutual funds, and according to the conditions of the day, the investment manager decides how to buy or sell. But the development team uses the first three outputs to develop a strategy.

Safa continued: The analysis team is the first output that examines the intrinsic value of the stock price. One of the priorities is to sell a share at its intrinsic price.

He added: The next issue is related to market issues, including liquidity, capital, and the share market, which the investment manager will provide to the team. Finally, this team according to the needs of customers and major shareholders. He puts the outputs together and determines a strategy for them and presents them to the publisher or major shareholder. In the last stage, this compiled strategy is given to the investment manager. These strategies are not retrospective and there is no dissatisfaction among the clients.
