According to Tejarat News, after the increase of public protests regarding the forcing of applicants to buy Mehr housing units, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced the ban on forced sales in the arena, saying: Due to the imposition of pressure and excess costs on the people in the current situation of the country, with the violators of forced sales The field of housing is dealt with in Mehr.
Quoted from Irena From the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, “Rostam Ghasemi” in a notification to the CEO of the National Land and Housing Organization, the CEO of the New Cities Construction Company, the head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation and the general managers of the roads and urban development of the provinces, ordered to deal with the violators in the field of “forced sale of housing” Mehr” to be dealt with legally.
It is stated in this notification: following the reports received and popular protests regarding the forcing of applicants to buy Mehr housing units in the initial and subsequent transactions in some cities and new cities, this action is clearly against part (2) of clause (a) Note 11 of the budget law of 1401 states that “in case of the request of the noble owners of Mehr housing units, the specialized mother company of New City Developments and the National Land and Housing Organization are obliged to definitively hand over their 99-year leased lands” and it is a violation of the law enforcement is considered.
Therefore, forcing the applicants to buy the arena even in secondary and subsequent transactions is not only a violation of law enforcement, but also imposing pressure and excess costs on dear people in the current conditions of the country.
Therefore, it is necessary for all offices and subsidiary companies, only upon the written request of the noble owners of the initial and subsequent Mehr housing units, to transfer and sell the arena and refrain from forcing the applicants to buy the arena under any separate title. It is obvious that if this violation of law enforcement occurs and repeats, the violators will be dealt with according to administrative rules and regulations.
