Visit of the Commander of the Protection Unit of the Burnt City World Base

According to Aria Heritage, citing the public relations of the Conservation Unit of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, Sardar Hassan Mehri inadvertently visited the World Base of the Burnt City in Sistan and Baluchestan Province on Wednesday, February 17, 2010.

During the visit, Sardar Mehri, while meeting with the colleagues of the Protection Unit stationed at the World Burned City Base, appreciated and thanked the efforts of the colleagues of the Cultural Heritage Protection Unit and the police force of the Burnt City checkpoint who accompanied Sardar in this visit.

The 280-hectare Burnt City area is guarded by a security unit backed by police.
