According to Tejarat News, currently, the ceiling of the National Housing Movement project in the cities of Tehran province is 300 million tomans, which is not enough to complete the projects due to the growth in the price of construction materials, and for this reason, the builders want the loan amount to be 450 million tomans.
The loan for the construction of National Housing Movement units is 450 million tomans in Tehran and 300 million tomans in 48 cities of this province. This is despite the fact that there is no government project in the city of Tehran, and if people are willing, they can use the privilege of the National Housing Movement for self-ownership projects in the city of Tehran.
In fact, the ceiling of the national housing movement projects in Tehran province is 300 million tomans, which due to the inflation of construction materials, this amount is not enough to complete the units.
The Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province stated that the number of self-owned units in Tehran Province that use the facilities of the National Housing Movement is 53,214 units with an average progress of 53%. In the sector of government projects, apparently 21 thousand units of the National Housing Movement in Tehran province have reached the foundation stage, which brings the total number of units under construction to about 73 thousand units.
However, field investigations show that due to the increase in the price of cement, steel and unolith, the main projects of the national housing movement in Tehran province have been slow in implementation in recent weeks. On the other hand, it has been proposed to increase the facility ceiling from 300 million to 450 million, but the central bank has not yet announced its agreement with this increase.
Iraj Rahbar, the developer of one of the projects of the National Housing Movement in Tehran province, stating that the supplementary payment has not been realized in some areas, said: the loan of the National Housing Movement is 450 million tomans for each unit in the metropolis of Tehran, but our loan is still 300 million and The payment of 150 million tomans has not been realized.
Of course, in new cities, which are sometimes miles away from Tehran, a loan of 450 million tomans is paid, but in cities like Islamshahr and Shahriar, it has not been implemented.
Another problem is related to non-cooperation of some applicants in payment. After the registration, 128,388 applicants for the National Housing Movement in Tehran Province were finally approved, of which 65,000 have opened accounts and the number of those who have deposited the initial 40 million Tomans is only 22,000.
A few days ago – President Ebrahim Raisi – had a one-day trip to Islamshahr city, where the Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province requested to increase the facilities of the National Housing Movement in the cities of Rabat Karim, Pakdasht, Islamshahr, Parand, Hashtgerd and Ivanki. .
