Wang Wenbin: America should respond positively to Iran’s goodwill – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, “Wang Wenbin”, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, announced in a speech today: Iran has recently shown goodwill and flexibility regarding some remaining issues surrounding the negotiations.
The spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry continued in this regard: America should react positively to it and find ways to cooperate with Iran in order to reach an early conclusion of the negotiations… We welcome the European Union’s reiteration of the commitment to revive the JCPOA and We want to separate Iran’s nuclear issue from other issues related to this country.
“Wang Wenbin” further added: China supports the European Union in playing a more active mediator role to resume negotiations and reach an agreement as soon as possible.
Negotiations to lift sanctions and return the United States to the JCPOA agreement in the 13th government began in Vienna in early January last year, but due to Washington’s lack of seriousness, these talks were stopped in March.
After a break of several months and following the visit of EU foreign policy official Joseph Borrell to Tehran, a new round of negotiations was held on the 7th and 8th of July this year in Doha, Qatar; But until now, with the numerous failures of the western axis, it has not reached a clear result.
It should be noted that on May 9, 2018 (May 18, 2018), during the presidency of Donald Trump, the United States withdrew from the 2015 nuclear agreement and imposed unilateral sanctions against Iran in violation of UN Security Council Resolution 2231.
