He said that in Turkey, two types of documents are presented, one by the municipality and the other by a registration document, adding that when the housing is sold to a foreigner, the government usually declares that the document does not qualify for residency or that They say you have to live in this country for a few years and then get a residence permit.
The head of the union of real estate consultants said: In any case, the cost of living in these countries is high and there are not many jobs for Iranians; So in many cases, after receiving half or a third of the house money, people are forced to return.
Khosravi said that many problems have been created for Iranians in Dubai, Cyprus and Georgia, adding that a number of Iranians left their cars at the airport and returned to Iran due to the problems created in this area in recent years; Because of the economic pressures on them and a number of people were even imprisoned. Some people did not even go to Dubai to pursue their property status.
The head of the Union of Real Estate Advisors, stating that the countries of the region are familiar with economic games and exploit the ignorance of citizens of other countries about the situation in the destination country, added: Iran is much better than other countries in terms of climate, security and culture. We live in a season where many citizens of the Persian Gulf countries want to live in this country for a few mornings and want to buy apartments and villas in Iran.
