He said: With the strengthening of the monsoon system in the south and east of Sistan and Baluchistan and the continuation of the activity of the rainfall system of showers and thunderstorms, temporary strong winds will blow in the areas prone to dust rising on Friday 21/05/1401 in the north of East Azerbaijan, east and southeast of Sistan and Balochistan, on Saturday 05/22/1401 in the southern and eastern regions of Sistan and Baluchistan and on Sunday 05/23/1401 in the southeast of Sistan and Baluchistan.

Ziaian added: In this regard, there is a possibility of lightning, flooding of roads and limited runoff, a possibility of a sudden rise in the water level of seasonal rivers, a possibility of breaking old trees, a possibility of objects falling from heights, and a possibility of flight delays.

The Director General of Forecasting and Warning of the Meteorological Organization continued: It is recommended to avoid standing in riverbeds and to be careful when crossing the edge of roads, to be careful when climbing to heights, not to park cars around worn-out trees and half-finished buildings.

He continued: From Saturday to Monday of next week, due to the intrusion of monsoon currents in the afternoon and early night, showers and thunderstorms, temporary strong winds and sometimes dust, in some parts of Sistan and Baluchistan and east of Hormozgan. It is expected.

Ziaian continued: In the next two days, due to the strong wind blowing and rising dust in the country of Iraq and then its transfer to the western and southwestern borders of the country, we will have the phenomenon of dust and decrease in air quality in the provinces of Ilam and Khuzestan.

Explaining the weather situation in the capital, he said: Tomorrow, the sky in Tehran is expected to be clear and sometimes windy. The maximum and minimum temperature tomorrow in the capital will be 35 and 25 degrees.

The General Director of Forecasting and Warning of the Meteorological Organization added: Kurd City will be the coolest center of the province with a minimum temperature of 11 degrees above zero, and Ahvaz will be the warmest center of the province with a maximum temperature of 50 degrees above zero.

Ziaian said about the state of rainfall in the current agricultural year: The average rainfall of the whole country from the beginning of the agricultural year (Mehr 1400) to August 14 of this year was recorded as 175.2 mm. Last year’s rainfall in this period was 143.8 mm on average, and this year’s rainfall is 21.8% more than last year.
