We and the teachings of Ali (AS)

In 1392, the case of Alawite management was registered in the list of intangible national heritage of the country, and after that, the charter of Alawite management was given to Malik Ashtar Nakhai as a spiritual and irreplaceable gift to the leaders and managers of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the decree of Amir al-Mu’minin, peace be upon him.

What lessons and teachings are there in this man-making charter for us today that we should decorate ourselves and the management system of the society with? In this decree, 50 orders have been given to Malik Ashtar by the justice seekers of Ali (AS), some of which are important to review in our age and time:

1. The divine piety of doing business and putting obedience and servitude to the Lord before everything, doing what God has commanded in His book. (fear of God)

2. Avoiding carnal airs and being stingy in haram deeds and doing righteous deeds. Because good people can be recognized by what righteous people say about them. (good job)

3. Power should not make you proud and proud, because God humiliates every mighty man. And avoid others from praising you. (avoiding pride and loving self-praise)

4. Be kind to people, pour out any grudges you have against them, fill your heart with people’s love, don’t treat people like a predatory animal. If they commit a sin (intentionally or unintentionally), forgive them. Be fair to people. Organize people’s work because God is testing you through this. (you have people)

5. Avoid oppression, because nothing turns blessings into punishment like oppression. Moderation in the way of justice and the expansion of justice and efforts to satisfy the people. Because nothing makes people feel good about the governor better than the goodness and kindness that the governor shows to the people. O owner, lighten people’s expenses and treat them with good faith.

George Jardaq Meshii (1926-2014), a great writer who wrote precious works about Imam Ali (AS), says: “I wish you could use all your powers, and O nature, I wish you could use all your talents in creating a great human being, a great genius.” And you collected a great hero and once again gave another Ali as a gift to our world”.
