The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance stated: Currently, the main problem is that there are no clear executive regulations in this regard, so it is necessary to eliminate the gap in the regulations in the field of home broadcasting in order to provide the necessary supervision.
In response to the point that it seems that a number of home broadcasting platforms are currently exempted from the implementation of existing rules and regulations, he stated: It is not so, they are not exempted; In fact, there is some kind of ambiguity in the perception of the law that needs to be resolved.
Emphasizing that the home broadcasting network and platforms related to it are a kind of phenomenon, Esmaili said: Usually, regulation of new phenomena takes some time and we should be aware of this.
