According to Tejarat News, Mohammad Reza Rezaei Kochi said: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has done a good job to provide housing for the annual construction of one million housing units across the country.
He stated that there is currently no land problem for the construction of two million housing units: the banks also announced their readiness to allocate 18% of bank facilities.
Referring to the establishment of the National Housing Fund to implement this law, the head of the Civil Commission of the Majles added: The government was supposed to define resources in this fund, which is a combination of 18% bank resources, government loan facilities in this fund and 10 to 12% bank interest. So that people can use this capacity and banking facilities in the field of housing.
He also said: “Unfortunately, the government has not foreseen anything in the housing fund for 1401 and we do not have anything called the fund in next year’s budget.”
Rezaei Kochi added: The agreement reached with the Program and Budget Organization and the Ministry of Roads and the Civil Commission is to define benefits for the National Housing Fund, which must be at least 50,000 billion tomans to be able to help implement the law of leap and housing production. .
The head of the Civil Commission of the Majles said: “In my opinion, either the government has made a mistake or it has forgotten that in this regard, next year, the entire country has not considered any source in the budget bill.”
He added: the vacuum of non-allocation of bank resources to the issue of housing in 1401 is to be examined in the Civil Commission and presented for public approval.
Rezaei Kochi also said about the implementation process of the Housing and Production Law, according to which one million housing units should be built annually in the country: “I am not satisfied with this process, this expectation we had was not met and unfortunately the implementation process and coordination of different sectors Is slow.
The head of the Civil Commission of the Majles added: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is making efforts in this regard, but the expectations that we had as the Majles and the Civil Commission and the serious will that should exist have not been fulfilled.
He also said: “The parliament will carry out its supervisory work by inviting the Minister of Roads and Urban Development to submit a report in this regard. We are trying to make the executive bodies speed up their plans to implement this law.”
