My work took a little time and when I left, my wife had broken the fast and had left some pieces of cutlet for my breaking the fast. He continued: I couldn’t believe that I had a complication, but as I was telling my wife about my condition, I fell on the ground. My wife, who has very good medical information and is considered our family doctor, immediately realized that I had a stroke. After that I didn’t notice anything.
