The implementation of some provisions of the law amending the issuance of checks is a multi-step process, some of which have been completed so far and the rest are being followed.

The Central Bank emphasized: Due to the wide range of changes in the new law and the scope of duties and responsibilities of the Central Bank in this regard, the Central Bank, using all technical and legal capacities, is constantly trying to reduce the few remaining tasks in the implementation of this law.
