Regarding the ambiguity of the car import regulations, the Minister of Security said: We have announced from the beginning that the Ministry of Security does not have a problem with the import of cars. Due to the imbalance in the car market, car imports and the opening of the import chapter help to balance the market.
Fatemi Amin further said: The lack of economic products in the product portfolio of car manufacturers is another reason for the liberalization of car imports and the clarification of such regulations.
Regarding the floating tariff and the supply of cars in the commodity exchange, he said: Due to the problems we have in the car market and the imbalance in the car market, it justifies the supply of cars in the commodity exchange. The supply of cars in the commodity exchange makes the sale of cars transparent and reduces the prices in the market.
Regarding the deposit of the rest of the car import profit to the government treasury, the Minister of Security explained: If a car is sold in the market and stock exchange at a price higher than the normal profit of the importer, the difference will be paid to the government treasury, which according to the Ministry of Security is the most fair way to prevent Rent allocation.
Regarding the rumors that the Ministry of Privacy is against the supply of goods in the Commodity Exchange, he said: By the way, since this period, many consumables have been imported from the Ministry of Privacy to the Commodity Exchange, and we are the leaders in this field, which is the opposite of this rumor.
Referring to the fact that my servant raised in the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange that although the sale of cars in the stock market is not suitable, it was stipulated that the car should be sold in the commodity exchange with the coordination of the Ministry of Safety, he clarified: Regarding the time when the Ministry of Safety prevents the sale of cars It was listed on the stock market only because, contrary to what was stipulated, this offering was without notification and coordination with the Ministry of Secrecy.
Fatemi Amin said about the amount of 1 million euros specified for car import: this amount is separate from the share of private investors in car import, which foreign investors can import cars into the country instead of foreign currency.
Regarding the integrated car sales system, the Minister of Privacy said: This system does not belong to the Ministry of Privacy and its ownership is not with us. What we wanted to do is monitor the car manufacturers and their sales programs. One of the other cases that happened in the previous systems was the failure to inquire about the registrant’s details.
Regarding the achievement of the auto industry transformation exhibition, he said: We were the only proposer of holding this exhibition and there was no requirement for the presence of car manufacturers. He stated that one of the goals of this exhibition is to improve the media environment and the prevailing media atmosphere.
Fatemi Amin, in response to the online economy regarding wrong policies such as mandatory pricing, emphasized: We must consider the interests of producers and consumers. If we consider the selling price lower than the cost price, it is only because the car manufacturers produce cars with additional costs. They make the price of the car expensive, and we do not pass this issue on to the buyer.
Regarding the doubts regarding the temporary liberalization of car imports, he said: Car imports are not temporary, and the requirement of 1406 in the Law of Organization is to stabilize import laws.
In response to another question of Economy Online about contracts with Russian companies, the Minister of Security said: We have no involvement in these matters, and our car manufacturers negotiate with this country and Russian manufacturers, and the Ministry of Security has no involvement in these matters.
