We Iranians owe our national identity to the Persian language

Saying that Hakim Abulqasem Ferdowsi spent 30 years and another 33 years of his precious life writing the Shahnameh, he added: We Iranians owe our national identity to the Persian language, and the Persian language owes its longevity to the Shahnameh to a large extent. It is Ferdowsi.
He pointed out: By writing the Shahnameh, Ferdowsi kept the history, culture and glorious Persian language alive for all Iranians.
A member of the academic staff of the Institute of Linguistics, Inscriptions and Texts added: Ferdowsi’s great achievement has had a tremendous impact on the entire literature of the world. There is no book in the literature of Iran or even in the literature of the world that has been able to create so many changes in the destiny and history of a nation like Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh.
He considered Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh to be one of the richest treasures of the Persian language in terms of including words and literary terms, which is undoubtedly the greatest and the first book that has been the guardian of the correct and beautiful words of the Persian language, and by accepting the mass of these words in his open heart, they has entrusted it to the next generations with accuracy and trust.
At the end, Heydarpour said: Undoubtedly, no one can describe the achievement of his precious life as much as Ferdowsi, who said: I will not die since I am alive / I have scattered the seed of speech.
