We need to create an integrated and intelligent licensing system in the country

In an exclusive interview with IRNA Economic Reporter on Monday, Hamid Reza Sahfi said about the benefits of an integrated licensing system: “The reason we need to make the licensing mechanism smart in the country is to get out of the taste and speed of licensing and Specify the amount of time for the applicant. The National Licensing Portal provides the advantage of providing predictability and route awareness to the business.

He added: “Transparency in the licensing process is of special importance. Licensing or the right to license, whether you like it or not, creates a platform for power, so in some cases, personal taste and opinion may be involved in it or rent in its path.” It should be noted that all of these cases require transparency in the route and licensing mechanism.

The internet business expert stated: In the national portal of licenses, speed and transparency can be solved in general. This is a building portal that facilitates or clarifies the licensing mechanism and is very important in our country due to the complexity of the licensing process. Technologists’ businesses are always ahead of the law, so there needs to be a platform that, if a business for which there is no undefined license, does not stall and does not encounter a strong license block at the outset that discourages businesses from continuing. . Therefore, it is necessary to create a unit so that businesses can start their activities and then the licensing process can be done.

Sahfi said: “Through different areas of startups, a single platform should be created for licensing businesses in this field so that we do not face conflicts of interest and lack of transparency in the licensing process.” The previous licensing system has created many problems for people.

He explained: “The nature of the national portal of licenses has advantages and it is a platform with a positive approach. The more positive and intelligent the approach in this context, the stronger the positive processes created in it.” The post-licensing approach, in which we allow the person to enter the workplace at the beginning of the journey instead of being the strictest, then the person can be allowed to work according to the amount of service and the quality of the services he provides. In this case, based on user feedback, a continuous feedback is created, ie the person is allowed or disabled depending on the service he provides.

“This is a mechanism that generally improves the way a service is provided using back-to-back monitoring while working,” says the business expert. With this mechanism, we do not create barriers to job creation in the first place, and businesses are formed and create jobs and increase their services.
