He added: Article 68 has several basic pillars. First, it is stipulated that an organization for the development of the Makran coast will be formed as a development organization, and this development organization will be formed in the form of a state company, which is responsible for designing, planning, implementing and monitoring It will be in charge of all the development issues of the region and all the powers of the executive bodies in this region that are stated in the law will be transferred to this organization.

The special representative of the president stated: In order to form this organization, a budget line has been set aside for it in the country’s budget law. In the previous government, efforts were made to prepare the statutes, but due to various reasons, this work was postponed as a result of the development of Makran beaches. It was followed in the form of Article 138 of the Constitution.

He stated: Ayatollah Raisi’s government tried to implement and implement the demands left on the ground. It has been a year that this issue has been on the agenda of the 13th government, and the president has taken care of this issue and not only fully feels the function and role of this issue internally, but also in the meetings held with different countries including Eurasia, China and etc. are expressing their interest for joint cooperation in this region.

The Secretary of Makran Coastal Development Council stated: In this new period, with the support of the president, we have tried to speed up the atmosphere and process of the organization’s formation, so in the budget of 1402, a special line of credit was foreseen for the development of Makran’s beaches, and as a result, based on Article 68 of the law, the organization was practically It has started to operate and the statute of the organization was approved and it was decided to go to the Islamic Council with two urgent conditions.

Dehghan stated: The first action on the coast of Makran is to discuss the development of infrastructure in the region. The development of infrastructures is the responsibility of the government, and therefore the government, with the help of the organization, and the organization with the help of the government, moves towards the financing mechanisms of the projects so that the development of these infrastructures does not take much time.

He added: Various measures are being taken for this purpose, such as the fact that we have an agreement with the Development Fund to participate in the issuance of financial bonds, and we are also trying to get banks to invest in large projects and foresee local development funds for participation. we have done
