According to Moj news agency, the newest reproduction and breeding site Asian cheetah Turan National Park was released, and in a part of this video, the daily activities of Azar and Turan are displayed.
I have to say; The scientific research center of Turan Biosphere Reserve of Shahrood city was put into operation in February 2019 with the aim of breeding the Asiatic cheetah and preventing the extinction of this species.
Also, Turan Biosphere Reserve in Shahrood city with an area of 1,470,640 hectares is the largest biosphere reserve in Iran, which is the second largest biosphere reserve in the world after Serengeti in Africa located in Tanzania. After the Naybandan Wildlife Sanctuary in Tabas, Turan carries the title of the second largest protected complex in Iran.
