What happened to the equity shares of the deceased?


According to Tejarat News, Tavakoli, the chairman of the board of directors of the country’s Equity Equity Cooperative Company, mentioned the number of deceased equity equity shareholders at three million and 500,000 and said: “Determining the assignment of these people’s shares has been delayed for three years.”

Quoted from MarketAsgar Tavakoli stated that the status of the deceased’s shares is clear, and added: However, the depository company has left the assignment of these people’s shares suspended and undecided for three years.

Criticizing the fact that people’s money is left in the hands of the Central Depository Company, he added: Although the infrastructure is ready, the assignment of shares of the deceased has not yet been implemented.

He continued: “Despite the fact that the President and the Minister of Economy issued an order to determine the assignment of equity shares of the deceased, the depository company has not taken any action in this regard so far.”

Tavakoli called for the entry of security and surveillance agencies to determine the justice share of the deceased and the survivors and said: the resources of the dead of each province should be deposited and overflowed to that province and the follow-ups have not yielded results so far.

The chairman of the board of directors of the equity equity cooperative company said about the change in the management method of the equity equity shares: This issue has been requested and we are negotiating with legal experts to come up with a solution for this project.
