According to Tejarat News, the National Iranian Copper Company announced its capital increase in an announcement on the Kedal website today with the trading symbol “Famli”. Earlier, the proposal to increase the company’s capital was made by the board of directors in the general assembly.

The family purpose of the capital increase is to provide part of the resources needed to complete the ongoing development projects, to compensate part of the capital expenditures made in investable companies and to provide part of the resources needed to participate in increasing the capital of the Persian Gulf Water Supply and Transmission Company.

The increase of the capital of this company from the accumulated profit is equal to 100% and from the amount of 20 thousand billion Tomans to 40 thousand billion Tomans.
