What is the national housing action plan system?

According to Tejarat News, Comprehensive national housing action system, has been launched with the aim of supporting the housing sector. This system has two sections for registration of loan assistance and deposit, with the aim of supporting tenants who do not have the financial ability to rent housing, and registration of national housing 1401, with the aim of granting loans to applicants for housing construction.

Registration conditions

The registration conditions for applicants are as follows:

1- Only the registration of single male applicants with at least 23 years of age 45 The whole year is allowed.

2- Not having a history of ownership of housing or land with residential use based on the regulations issued by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

3- Non-use of government facilities or the facilities of non-governmental public institutions related to the provision of housing, including land, residential units, or subsidized facilities for the purchase or construction of residential units (having a green “C” form) since 11/22/1357

Documents required to qualify

-Uploading the picture of the applicant’s national card

Uploading the photo of the applicant’s birth certificate

-Upload the photo of the residence history certificate in the city where the request is made, as described in one of the following:

1- Certificate of education of the applicant before the university course

2- Certificate of the applicant’s place of study in the university course plus at least two years of insurance experience

3- Documents related to the place of birth (birth certificate) of the applicant or the applicant’s parents

4- Permit to acquire occupations for the applicant or the applicant’s parents

5- History of insurance payment for the applicant or the applicant’s parents

6- Certificate of employment from government departments for the applicant or the applicant’s parents

7- Certificate of payment of pensioners and retirees or applicant’s parents

8- Employment permit for engineering, associate and experimental architects for the applicant
