According to the information obtained, the average rent of an apartment in Niavaran neighborhood was 23 million Tomans and in Elahieh neighborhood was 30 million Tomans.

According to housing rental advertisements in some neighborhoods of District 1 of Tehran Municipality, the average rent in Qeytariyeh was 22 million Tomans.

Farmaniyeh and Kamraniyeh have been registered with an average rent of an 80-meter apartment of 25 million Tomans. The average monthly rent in Velenjak and Zafaranieh neighborhoods was announced as 27 million Tomans.

The average rent of housing in some neighborhoods of District 1 of Tehran Municipality is equal to 25 million Tomans.
