Another real estate consultant in Zafaranieh confirmed the words of the previous real estate consultant and explained: Basically, people themselves do not go under the burden of renting a house in dollars.

This case was mostly related to the time when ambassadors of different countries came to Iran, and now it is very rare and we rarely see someone renting a house for dollars.

Of course, if something like this happens, it is not possible to register it officially and it is only a contract between the lessor and the lessee.
