According to Tejarat News, about 240,000 Mehr housing units remaining from the previous periods were handed over to the 13th government, according to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, 100,000 units have been completed and opened to date.
In some cities, including Pardis, Parand and Hashtgerd, some housing units have not yet been delivered, which according to the budget law of 1402 are supposed to be completed through the resources of the National Housing Fund, and no new amount will be received from the applicants. During this year’s government week, 20,248 residential units were ready for operation in new cities, including 2,803 units in Parand, 2,400 units in Golbahar, and 1,472 units in Mehestan (Hashtgerd).
