According to Tejarat News, the latest report of Tehran Chamber of Commerce Research Center has depicted the financing situation of companies through the capital market and compared it with the money market.
According to this report, during the first quarter of this year, the total financing in Iran’s economy during the first quarter of 1402 through the money market and the capital market was about 1058 thousand billion tomans, which has increased by 33% compared to the same period last year.
The participation of the money market as the dominant factor in the growth of financing during the period under review was equal to 24% and the participation of the capital market was also about 9%.
This report has emphasized that although compared to the first two months of 1401, the share of the capital market in the financing of the three months of this year has improved by 5% and reached 13%, but still the money market with a share of 87% is the dominant share in It has financing.
Details of financing companies through the money market
The share of the money market in the total financing during 3 months of 1402 was equal to 87%. The composition of the recipients of payment facilities this month has been 85% economic sectors and 15% households.
At the same time, the main composition of the expenses of the economic sectors of the total was 78% in the form of working capital and 20.4% in the direction of creation and development.
Meanwhile, the share of the activities group from the total payment facilities of the economic sectors is as follows: 40.3% of the service sector, 39.1% of the industry and mining sector, 10.8% of commerce, 5.5% of housing and construction and 4.2% of the agricultural sector.
This report also added that the intentional composition of household expenses during this period was as follows: 40.3% purchase of personal goods, 45.7% marriage loan, necessary loan and childbearing and 7.4% housing purchase.
The share of the capital market in financing the economy in the first quarter of 1402
According to the report prepared by the Majlis Research Center, the capital market’s share of the total financing during the quarter of 2012 was equal to 13%. Of this amount, the capital increase with a share of about 61% and the issuance of bonds with a share of about 39% have been the main factors of financing from the capital market.
Also, financing from the capital market using the initial supply tool was about two thousand billion tomans with a share of about 1.5% of the total financing of the capital market.
The capital increase of about 81.2 thousand billion tomans has been done, as described 71.1 thousand billion tomans from the capital increase of public companies and 10.1 from the excess revaluation of assets in the first quarter of this year.
The issuance of 41 thousand billion tomans of government bonds, 9.2 thousand billion tomans of corporate bonds and 3.4 thousand billion tomans of municipal partnership bonds during the quarter of 1402 has also allocated another part of financing from the capital market.
Financing of the 13th government through the debt market
According to this report, in June of this year, about three thousand billion tomans worth of debt securities were issued, which shows a decrease of 80% compared to the same period last year and a decrease of 94% compared to the previous month (May).
Among them, 76.6% of the share was government bonds and on the other hand, 17.1% was the share of the non-governmental/corporate sector. Also, 6.3% share of the municipality was from the total debt bonds issued during the first quarter of 1402.
It should be mentioned that about three thousand billion tomans of debt bonds were issued by the non-governmental/corporate sector in June 1402, which is 2.4 times the same period as the previous year, but shows a 45% decrease compared to the previous month.
It should be noted that the combination of 9.1 thousand billion tomans of non-governmental/corporate debt bonds issued during the quarter of this year is also about 3.2 thousand billion tomans of Gam bonds, 5.2 thousand billion tomans of Murabahah bonds and 0.7 thousand billion tomans.
