Also, the value of the basket of 490 thousand tomans was equal to 8 million and 914 thousand tomans on Wednesday. This amount was equal to 9 million and 429 thousand tomans in the previous week.
The two-month closure of the special working group for equity shares
The spokesperson of the Association of Provincial Investment Companies of Saham Adalat announced the closure of the special working group for the amendment of the bylaws of Saham Adalat.
Akbar Heydari said: “The meetings of the special working group for equity shares have not been held for about two months.” While its main mission, i.e., the final conclusion about the executive model and the amendment of the equity share regulations, has not yet been completed.
He added: The mission of the special working group to amend the bylaws of equity shares has been announced and determined by the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange. According to the law on the implementation of the policies of Article 44 and the eight-point notification of the Supreme Leader in the liberalization of equity shares, it should be summarized on the executive model in accordance with the law and the amendment of the executive regulations of equity shares.
The spokesperson of the Provincial Investment Companies Center for Equity Shares stated: The special working group for Equity Shares had good results at the beginning of its formation. Among other things, the proposal to remove the note of Article 3 in the executive regulations, which caused the financial statements of provincial investment companies to show losses despite the value of the portfolio, was presented to the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange, and by removing this note, this problem was solved.
Heydari said: Another result of the special working group of Adalat shares was that this year the dividend of Adalat shares was paid all at once, unlike previous years. Profit amounts were distributed more and more quickly among the shareholders of Adalat compared to previous years. Therefore, it is necessary to organize the meetings of the special working group of equity shares to complete the amendment of the executive regulations as soon as possible.
