Pursuant to paragraph g of Note 16 of the Budget Law of 1399, the Housing Bank was obliged to use the resources obtained from the return of Mehr housing installments, 40,000 housing facilities to retirees who have retired for at least 5 years and themselves and their spouses in the last 10 years. They did not have a housing unit and did not use the facility to buy or build a house, without the need to pay a deposit.
In this regard, the report on the budget deduction for 1399, the Council of Ministers in a meeting on 11 June 1399, at the suggestion of the Program and Budget Organization, has approved and announced the executive regulations of this section.
Also, the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, in implementation of the above-mentioned regulations, has announced the ratios related to the payment of facilities subject to this paragraph to the Housing Bank.
