When does the mortgage registration system open?

According to Tejarat News, the director general of roads and urban planning of Tehran province said: the mortgage loan system will be opened soon, Tehranians should prepare their documents.

News Agency Broadcasting Khalil Mohabbatkhah, in an interview with Radio Eghtesad, announced the registration of 606,000 Tehran households for mortgage loans (deposits) during 1399 and 1400, and said: “Of this number, only 90,000 households in Tehran province have succeeded in receiving the loan.”

Mohabbatkhah stated that the reasons for removing the applicants were not being qualified, not going to the bank, strictness of the banks in the issues of bank guarantees or ownership history in Tehran.
He said: the housing deposit loan in Tehran has reached 100 million Tomans, which is good news in the housing transfer season.

The Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province stated: According to the approval of the Market Regulation Headquarters, the ceiling for rent increases will be up to 25% for Tehran, 20% for metropolises with more than one million people and 15% for other cities.
