Jafari added: The majority of the remaining units will be completed and delivered by the end of the year, according to the determination of the status of the contractors, as well as the provision of the necessary resources, according to the orders of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development. Projects with progress below ten percent will be delivered next summer.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: In Pardis and other new cities, we have a number of units with less than ten percent progress, which will be completed and delivered to the owners by the summer of next year, considering that they are in the foundation or skeleton stage.
Construction of 30,000 Mehr housing units in the new government
Jafari pointed out: Since the beginning of the new government, 30,000 Mehr housing units have been delivered in the new cities, and another 20,000 units will be delivered to the people by the end of the year, and about 10,000 more units with a progress of less than 10% in the new cities in the summer. It will be delivered next year.
Referring to the suspension of workshop operations in some projects, he explained: Despite the emphasis and pressure for the implementation of phase 11 projects, unfortunately there were problems with the contractor, which caused some workshop operations to be suspended in the past months. .
