When will the development be released? – Tejarat News

According to Tejarat News, on Monday, July 5, 128,400,000 shares, equivalent to 12% of the total shares of “Kotsar Industries and Mines Development” company, with the trading symbol “Katseh” will be offered on the Iranian exchange.

This initial offering will be done in a combined way (price discovery by investment funds and offering at a fixed price discovered to the public investors).

Out of the number of shares offered, 85,600,000 shares, equivalent to 8% of the company’s total shares, are intended to be offered to the general investors.

The maximum number of shares considered for each natural and legal person will be 210 shares at the price discovered in the first stage.
