The Minister of Energy stated that from the first days of the government’s activity, extensive plans to solve these problems were on the agenda of the Ministry of Energy, adding that the plans of the Ministry of Energy can be summarized in two axes; The first is the development of production capacities. In this regard, we planned for the summer peak of 1401, at least 6,000 MW of new electricity generation capacity to be put into operation, part of which has entered the circuit by today and the rest will enter the circuit by the summer of 1401. شد.
He stated that this morning one of these units, which was related to the Chabahar power plant, entered the circuit and was synchronized to the national electricity network, and emphasized: the other units will be completed one by one and will enter the circuit.

Mehrabian said that Iran’s electricity network has been synchronized with almost all neighboring countries, adding: “Currently, we are trying to synchronize Iran’s electricity network with countries such as Qatar and Russia.”
He continued: “We have electrical exchanges with the countries whose electricity network is synchronized with their electricity network, so that we have electricity during export days and electricity import days;” With many neighboring countries, we have different peak power consumption times and in this regard, we can exchange electricity.
The Minister of Energy stated that on average during the year, the level of electricity exports is higher than the level of electricity imports, adding: “We have a serious plan for Russia, studies are being completed, recently a meeting with the Russian Minister of Energy and Minister of Energy We had Azerbaijan, so that in the shortest possible time, we could synchronize the electricity networks of Iran and Russia.
