Abbas Hosseini, CEO of Maskan Bank, announced the process of providing facilities of the National Housing Movement in the self-ownership sector and the applicants introduced in this sector and said: According to the latest statistics, since the beginning of the implementation of the National Housing Movement plan, 93,282 self-ownership contracts have been signed in the bank. The CEO of Maskan Bank explained: The amount of self-ownership contracts concluded in Maskan Bank is 28 thousand 863 billion tomans. According to Hosseini, Maskan Bank has transferred 21,928 billion tomans to the account of the builders from the amount of the self-owned contract and from the location of the facility.

It has been decided that the payment of self-ownership facilities will be made by other banks for the people who are determined by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development this year. Also, the self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement Plan are paid to the owners step by step and based on physical progress.

In this letter, the central bank emphasized that only the support projects are subject to the increase in the facility ceiling of this plan; This means that urban and rural self-owned projects are not subject to the ceiling increase and interest rate reduction of the mentioned facilities.
