According to Tejarat News, according to Article (3) of the Population Youth Law, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is obliged to provide the possibility of reuse of government facilities related to the provision of household housing for families after the birth of a third or more child, and these families can only Second, use all government facilities in this regard.

Meanwhile, Article (4) of the Population Youth Law emphasizes that in order to fulfill Clause (C) of Article (102) of the Sixth Five-Year Law on Economic, Social and Cultural Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the government is obliged to purchase a piece of land or a residential unit at a maximum of ( 200 square meters in accordance with the quorum criteria of separation based on rural and urban master plans or comprehensive and detailed urban plans approved for residents in villages or cities with less than 500 thousand people after the birth of the third child or more jointly and fairly to parents , in the same place based on the cost of preparation, only once in the form of installment sales with two years of breathing and eight years of installments, and the title deed will be delivered to the owners after the payment of the last installment, within a maximum of one month.

The beginning of the second round of granting land to households

Now, Mehrdad Bazarpash, Minister of Roads and Urban Development, referring to the transfer of land in line with the Family and Youth Protection Law, has announced: in the second phase of the transfer of land for the Youth of the Population Project on the occasion of Rabi and Mubarak celebrations, from today, the third of October, until 10 days, the transfer of about 20,000 plots of land has started.

He continued: Including the lands that were handed over to the people before Muharram and Safar, around 32,000 plots of land have been given to the people in line with the youth plan of the population.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development pointed out: We will continue this path until the end of the year and we will have a campaign for handing over every two months with different intervals, and on this occasion, we have 31 celebrations for the families included in this plan in 31 provinces of the country.

Note (1) of Article (4) of this law has also emphasized that for residents of cities with more than 500,000 people, land or residential units with the conditions stipulated in this article depends on the announcement of the capacity by the government regarding the existence of land or residential units in settlements. Surroundings or new cities or neighboring cities or the birthplace of the father or mother, provided that it is not more than 500 thousand people, will be allocated to the choice of the mother, based on the regulation mentioned in note (3).

Also, according to note (2) of the same legal article, the ownership of land or residential unit is assigned to the heirs of the deceased in case of the death of each of the parents based on the legal standards of inheritance.

It should be noted that according to Article (5) of the Youth of the Population Law, in order to fulfill Clause (C) of Article (102) of the Sixth Five-Year Plan for the Economic, Social and Cultural Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the executive bodies are required to provide and improve the quality of housing, end of work and Construction charges, all network allocation costs, branching and engineering system service costs at the rate of fifty percent (50%) for families with three children under the age of twenty and at the rate of seventy percent (70%) for families with at least four children under the age of twenty. year for one time and discount the license fee and building fees by ten percent (10%) for families with at least three children under the age of twenty. The government is obliged to provide one hundred percent (100%) discounts related to building permits from public sources in annual budgets.

Note (1) of Article (5) has emphasized that the above exemptions can be applied up to (130 square meters) of useful infrastructure in Tehran, (200) square meters of useful infrastructure in cities with more than five hundred thousand people and (300) square meters of useful infrastructure for other cities and villages.
