Where is the best market for people to invest in?
According to Tejarat News, in a plan to measure the attitude of the Iranian people about the economic situation of the country with the statistical population of citizens over 18 years of age and the sample number of 1612, which was conducted by telephone interview in November 1400, people were asked “If a sum of money in “Where do you prefer to invest?”
* 36.8% of respondents said that if they have savings, they would prefer to invest it in land and housing, 22.8% do employment and entrepreneurship, 9.6% buy coins and gold, 8.9% save in banks and 3.1% invest in digital currencies. The results show by social groups:
* Women are more likely than men to buy coins and gold as well as bank savings. In contrast, the tendency to create jobs and entrepreneurship is more common among men than women.
* Among age groups, people over 50 tend to invest in banks more than other groups. 18 to 29 year olds are more inclined to employment and entrepreneurship than other age groups and the tendency to invest in land and housing is more in the age group of 30 to 49 years.
* Among the study groups, people with university education are more inclined to create jobs than those without university education, and in contrast, non-university people are more inclined to save their capital in the bank than academics.
* The tendency to invest in land and housing increases with the increase in per capita household expenditure. In contrast, improving one’s economic situation is inversely related to one’s willingness to save money in the bank. The better the economic situation of the people, the less likely they are to prefer to put their savings in the bank.
