According to Tejarat News, Hadi Abbasi announced that in the framework of the youth law, a 250-meter plot of land will be given free of charge to rural families with three children (the third child born after 24 Aban 1400), and stated: In terms of land preparation costs, facilities will be given as necessary. Also, a loan of 550 million tomans has been considered for the construction of land so that these lands can be built as quickly as possible.

He stated that free land is given to families with 4 children under the condition that their age is less than 20 years, and added: Considering the emphasis of the Supreme Leader on the youth of the population, the government has decided to pass laws to improve these conditions. It started from the youth of the population and the government is determined to implement it.

He clarified: In the economy, there is a discussion about the biggest capital. Some consider mining, oil, geographical location and various other things to be the biggest capital, but today, world economic scientists consider human capital to be the biggest economic capital. Unfortunately, in recent years, due to the movement of the Westerners in this country, we have been deprived of this human capital and we have been in a declining situation.
