White House talks with major US banks over sanctions on Russia / Swift; The West’s main option against Moscow

According to a reporter of Fars News Agency’s International Economics Group, quoted by BloombergUS government officials have reportedly met with Russian major banks to discuss sanctions against Russia, in a bid to ensure that possible sanctions against Russia do not affect the international financial system.
