White House: The Iran nuclear deal is not the current focus of the US – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera TV channel, “John Kirby”, the strategic relations coordinator of the US National Security Council, who previously announced that he had violated international laws regarding the necessity of non-interference in the internal affairs of independent countries by supporting scattered disturbances in Iran. had said that negotiations to lift anti-Iranian sanctions are not on his country’s agenda, today he once again announced: Iran’s nuclear agreement is not our current focus and we do not expect any progress in this field in the future.

John Kirby, ignoring the violation of UN Security Council Resolution 2231 first by the United States in 2018 with the country’s withdrawal from the 2015 international agreement and then Europe’s inaction towards its JCPOA obligations, claimed: We welcome the dialogue of our European allies with Iran about the broad challenges!

He had previously announced: America has basically given up trying to negotiate with Iran because of sending drones to Russia. We are not focusing on diplomacy now.

On the other hand, “Robert Mali”, the special representative of the US for Iran affairs, Saat Yipesh claimed: as the representative “Robert Wood” (deputy representative of the US to the United Nations) said in September, “It was not the first time that the Iranian authorities agreed to the agreement that was on the table. And it was approved by everyone, they turned their backs! But this last case destroyed our collective hope for a quick and mutual return to the full implementation of the JCPOA!

Meanwhile, at last night’s meeting of the United Nations, the representative of the United States, “Antonio Guterres”, accused the Secretary General of the United Nations of “surrendering to the threats of Russia”!

The American representative at the UN meeting claimed that the Secretary General of this organization has not yet sent experts to Ukraine to inspect and investigate the drones used by the Russian military after Russia’s threats.

This claim by Washington has been made while Russia has denied the use of Iranian drones by its forces in Ukraine and argues that there is no reason to send a delegation of the LEL organization to Kyiv to investigate the origin of the drones. Iran had previously announced that the issue of selling drones to Russia was related to the war in Ukraine.

“Robert Wood”, the deputy ambassador of the United States to the United Nations, said on Monday at the meeting of the Security Council regarding the resolution of the Iran nuclear deal in 2015: “We regret that the United Nations did not conduct a normal investigation into the violation of the nuclear resolution by Iran, which is due to the use of Iranian drones.” It was reported, it has not yet been acted upon. We are disappointed that the Secretariat has apparently caved in to Russian threats and failed to carry out the investigative mandate entrusted to it by this Council.

Guterres previously said in a report to the Council earlier this month that UN experts are reviewing the available information and will report any findings from the research results to the Council at the appropriate time.

It should be noted that while the United States has been the party that by withdrawing from the JCPOA and violating its commitments has created the current situation surrounding this agreement and has so far refused to accept its commitments to complete the negotiations, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country recently claimed: Iranians are clear have done that this is not an agreement that they were ready to do, an agreement definitely does not seem imminent!
