He was born in 1325 and is a singer. Golriz started his artistic career in 1358 with the song “Prayer Hymn”; Then he sang the hymns “This call for freedom”, “O pure martyr”, “Comrades went away”, “Blessed is this victory” and… Golriz is one of the best singers of the holy defense era and his voice has been registered as Iran’s oral heritage in the cultural heritage organization. In an interview with a Fars News Agency reporter, Mohammad Golriz said about the Ammar Festival: One of the interesting issues about the Ammar Festival is that this festival is held all over the country and many teenagers and young people are attracted to it, and we see an increase in this reception every year. When I saw the works of this period of the festival, there was a significant improvement, especially in the content, and it shows that the Ammar Festival has become more successful.

Regarding his criteria in judging the works of the “Video” section, he pointed out: One of my criteria is the popularity of the Ammar Festival, the other is its purposefulness, and the third is anti-arrogance. We see that this festival always tries to deal more with epic and revolutionary issues and increase the feeling of being revolutionary in the audience. One of the other positive points of Ammar is that it reveals the issues that the enemies of this border impose on us and makes people familiar with them so that we can find a way to fight these issues. This issue is one of the issues that are of concern to the judges, and we observed these issues being dealt with in the works that we judged.

Attention to people’s concerns

In the end, Golriz noted about the issues that the festival should address: In my opinion, the first festival should address people’s concerns, which include the country’s social issues. Family issues as well as ethnic issues, which are now of great concern to the enemies, should be raised. On the other hand, revolutionary issues should also be taken into consideration; Because our revolution has always been attacked by enemies, especially in terms of culture. Now we are under the most severe cultural and artistic invasion. The leadership has mentioned this issue a lot in the meetings that are held. We must be very active in this field. Today, the war is a cultural war. We must come to the field with all our strength and enter this battlefield with good works about the revolution and the martyrs in order to achieve victory.
