Why was the payment of corporate profits through Sajam delayed?

According to Tejarat News, the Deputy Chairman and Deputy CEO of the Central Depository Company said: “Since the beginning of this year, the dividends of 232 publishers have been deposited through the Central Securities Depository and Settlement Company.” Also, based on the submitted applications, dividends of 30 other publishers will be paid through this company (Samat) by the end of the year.
Gholamreza Abu Turabi said: “Some companies have been loss-making and have practically no dividends, or their annual general meetings have not been held for various reasons, and this number has been deducted from the total number of companies registered with the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization.” On the other hand, some companies have not yet held their annual general meetings due to the lack of a fiscal year, which will also be deducted from the total number of listed companies.
At present, the necessary infrastructure has been provided in the Central Securities Depository and Settlement Company to pay the dividends of the companies to the shareholders who have registered in the SJAM system, so that most of the banks have already provided the necessary infrastructure to The necessary and correct implementation of this matter has been done.
