Ansari continued: it was decided to conduct an investigation and present another verdict issued by the Court of Appeals that is different from the other verdict, and after that the case will be submitted to the General Assembly of the Supreme Court.

The Judicial Deputy of the Supreme Court continued: It is not true that the report was removed from the agenda due to the duplicity of the parliament. We did not enter into this issue in today’s session because it could not be raised in the General Assembly and this objection was taken by the Legal Commission of the Court.

He stressed: The General Assembly of the Supreme Court has a legal commission that examines the reports in terms of review in the General Assembly and determines whether this issue can be raised or not? We rushed a bit and reviewed the report soon. When this objection was raised in the Legal Commission – which was true – we removed it from the agenda so that two different votes would be equal.

Ansari, in response to the question when this issue will be on the agenda of the General Assembly of the Court, said: the State Property and Deeds Registration Organization is following the vote of unity of procedure. The organization must be able to find another verdict issued by the Court of Appeals that contradicts the other verdict they presented. In this case, it will be considered again.
