The general rule that exists in the registration stages of the National Housing Movement is that after the end of each stage of registration and screening of applicants, if there are empty capacities, it is possible to register in the next stages.
Therefore, if the opportunity to register ends at this stage, there is a possibility of registration in some areas in the coming months.
According to this report, the 13th government has included in its plan the construction of four million residential units in four years, based on the law of jump in housing production and supply approved on August 17, 1400.
About 5.5 million people have registered for this plan, of which 3.6 million have been approved. According to the announcement of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the construction of 1 million 383 thousand 513 units has started.
Of these, 954,238 units are in various stages of physical development and construction. 429 thousand and 275 units have also been picked up and their implementation operations have started.
