Ghasemi said: The government and parliament have allocated advantages and provided facilities, and by using these advantages and facilities and implementing the national housing movement plan, conditions can be created for people to own houses.

He said: In Mehr housing, which was a very big project, the total land allocated by the government was for one million units and the people provided land for another three million units, but in the National Housing Movement plan, the government calls for every four million units of land. provide and we will do this.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development added: The great thing that the parliament did in this regard was to allocate 20% of the banks’ facilities to housing, and if it is not the same, no housing will be built.

He said: “Construction of four million houses for the Islamic Republic should not be a difficult and complicated task considering the availability of so many capable engineers and contractors as well as many construction materials, but it is necessary for everyone to work diligently and perform their duties seriously.”

Ghasemi added: We should provide land to the people in the cities where it is possible, so that they can build by themselves using the facilities they receive, and the priority is to build one-story villa units and then 2-story villas.
