He stated that agreements have been made with banks in order to grant housing facilities, and added: If these agreements are implemented by the banks, we will see a significant growth in the construction and delivery of units to the people.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development continued: The increase in rural housing facilities in terms of number and amount is a good thing, and the reduction of the profit of these facilities to 18% has also been announced and all banks are obliged to implement it.
